    Wofford Scholars Nomination

Please use this form to nominate individual students for the Wofford Scholars Program.

Each student should rank in the top 10% of the class and score at least 1300 on the SAT/PSAT or 28 on the ACT/PLAN.
(If your school does not rank, you may be asked to send transcripts).

If you would like to submit multiple students, you may use our bulk nomination spreadsheet found on the main page.  Please complete the sheet and forward it to admission@wofford.edu.

We understand many BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and people of color) or low-income students are at a disadvantage when it comes to standardized tests due to a lack of resources. If you have an outstanding student that displays qualities of scholarship, leadership, potential for success and has an interest in Wofford College but does not meet the test score requirement, we welcome you to nominate them. This student should still rank in the top of their class and have maintained a strong academic performance throughout high school. These students will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you are nominating a student that meets this criteria, please use the Individual Nomination Form and upload a transcript with the nomination when submitting their nomination.

Nominations are accepted beginning in February of the student's junior year.

Registration is no longer available because the registration deadline has passed.
